Lindsay is the founder of H3 Realty and our fearless team leader. She lives in Middleton with her husband and three boys, and they’re actively involved in their school, church, and sports community. After 12 years in law enforcement and a personal experience with her youngest son's health, Lindsay made a career change to focus on family and pursue a passion for helping others through real estate.

Since making the leap, Lindsay has quickly become a standout in the industry, earning the title of Platinum Producer at Homes of Idaho. Her goal is simple: to serve clients with hard work, heart, and integrity—building not just successful transactions, but lasting friendships along the way.

Niki is a proud Idahoan, wife and boy mom living her best life on a charming hobby farm in Middleton. When she’s not wrangling her two sweet sons or farm animals, Niki is out helping families find their dream homes.

As the Boise specialist on the team, Bailly brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach to every real estate journey. With a background in math education and estate planning paralegal work, she offers clients a unique blend of analytical insight and genuine care—helping them navigate some of life’s biggest transitions with confidence and clarity.

When not working with clients, Bailly can often be found exploring the Boise foothills, relaxing on one of the city’s vibrant patios, or spending time with loved ones. Helping people feel truly at home in the Treasure Valley isn’t just her profession—it’s a personal passion.
